  • I'm an employee for an Auto Sales Lot I repossess cars, Can I repossess for the dealer across the street?

    NO. Nevada law requires that you may work unlicensed as a repossessor only as a bona fide employee of the one dealer and for no other. You must have an employee-employer relationship, ie. Workers comp, federal withholding etc. NRS/NAC 648.

  • I am an employee for a Nevada attorney and serve legal process for the attorney for compensation. Is this legal?

    YES as long as you are a bona fide employee of that attorney and the legal process is generated as work product. NRS/NAC 648

  • I work for an attorney and another attorney wants me to do investigative work. Can I legally do it?
